See yourself in our team: The Financial Crime Compliance (FCC) Reporting, Data and Insights team supports financial crime compliance across the Group by providing technical and functional expertise around all things data, insights and reporting. We work closely with stakeholders within FCC and in other business units. Do work that matters: The FCC Data & Reporting team provides data and insights to help measure and monitor financial crime risk across the Group. The team delivers key metrics, dashboards and management reporting to support effective decision‑making and compliance with financial crime obligations, while also supporting FCC data needs across strategic initiatives and BAU activities. On a day-to-day basis you will: Provide data management and refresh support for management reporting. Deliver high quality, accurate and timely analytics using industry standard tools to solve business problems. Produce custom reports and dashboards to support the Group’s management of financial crime. Support the broader FCC teams and contribute to ad-hoc projects, tasks and requests from Business and Support Units. We’re interested in hearing from people who have: Advanced SQL skills to extract and manipulate data from complex datasets. Ability to interpret data and make meaningful insights and recommendations. Advanced scripting skills preferably in Python and PowerShell. Data visualisation experience with expertise in Tableau or Power BI. Experience in partnering with non-technical stakeholders to solve complex problems. Strong written and verbal communication. Knowledge of banking (operations, customers, products, channels). Resilience and flexibility to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Familiarity with financial crime and risk management is highly desirable. Experience with cloud technologies like Snowflake database, AWS S3, AWS Glue, AWS Athena and AWS Redshift is highly desirable. Experience with analytical tools and platforms such as SAS / R and GitHub is highly desirable. Experience with complex enterprise data environments alongside Hadoop, Hive and Teradata is highly desirable. If this sounds like you - apply today!
