ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in real estate, finance, or business
• 1-2 years of relevant experience in real estate, finance, banking, or investments
• Advanced Excel proficiency with financial modeling expertise
• Exceptional analytical and communication capabilities
• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage complex, competing priorities
• Willingness to travel for property due diligence and asset management
