Your New Role We have a 12-month max-term contract opportunity for a Senior Analyst, Finance Change to join the Enterprise Platforms, Technology, Digital & Data team. The Enterprise Platform team is responsible for ensuring that key Fund platforms operate smoothly, meet strategic objectives and continue to evolve. It supports and enhances platforms used across critical functional areas including the Fund’s Finance teams. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Regulatory Technology, the role of the Senior Analyst Finance Change will be to support the delivery of change across the Finance domain, including Financial Control, Business Partner and Tax teams. Key responsibilities will include; Providing support to stakeholders to ensure successful adoption of new processes and systems. Acting as a liaison (business advisor) between the AustralianSuper project teams and business stakeholders to ensure alignment of project goals and objectives. Co-ordinating the review and assessment of Strategic Delivery Office and Investment Operation projects to understand the impact to the broader Finance groups. Coordinating and reviewing project documentation and feedback from key stakeholders across different departments and levels of the organisation to ensure alignment with Finance strategic roadmap. Supporting stakeholders and producing the appropriate governance artefacts and tools for the Finance business to stay informed of impacts and timings. What You’ll Need Demonstrated acumen and experience within fund accounting Demonstrated experience in delivering change within data and systems within superannuation or fund management organisations. Highly developed analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence to drive change across both colleague and service provider stakeholder groups. Experience in dealing with outsourced providers and managing finance change. Skilled at obtaining optimal outcomes from service providers. Advanced oral and written communication, and presentation skills. Well networked within the financial services industry Capacity to keep abreast of rapidly changing market trends, industry and legislative developments and manage impacts proactively. Tertiary qualification in Accounting, Business or Finance. Post Graduate certificate (CA, CPA, CFA).
