Your New Role As a Senior Analyst in Enterprise Finance Business Partnering, you will play a key role in shaping financial insight and decision-making across the Fund. You will work with Enterprise stakeholders to unpack complex problems, challenge assumptions, and translate data into clear, decision-ready insights that drive better member outcomes. Key duties include but are not limited to: * Delivery of accurate and timely monthly financial management reporting as well as ad hoc reporting including commentary. * Ensure the effective monitoring of financial position and provide advice on meeting financial plans. * Build trusted relationships with the Enterprise leadership teams to ensure clear and open lines of communication. * Collaborate with the Domains to develop, refine, and execute financial strategies that align with the fund’s objectives. * Contribute to annual planning and multi-year forecasting, including scenario analysis. * Support the identification of efficiency opportunities and improved resource allocation. * Improve planning, forecasting and reporting processes, including automation and use of data tools. * Contribute to Finance transformation initiatives, including AI-enabled analysis and insights. What You’ll Need   * Previous experience of a minimum of 5+ years in a related role (Finance partnering, financial modelling, consulting, actuarial). * Developed influencing, communication, and stakeholder management skills. * Advanced Excel skills and working knowledge of financial systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP) * Experience with Power BI, Python and/or other analytical and data visualisation tools. * Knowledge of the Superannuation and/or Financial Services industries is desirable.
