The Senior Analyst in Finance Business Partnership will play a strategic role in supporting business decisions through financial insights, analysis, and collaboration with various stakeholders across the organization. This position requires strong analytical skills and a proactive approach to drive financial performance and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities: Act as a strategic partner to the business by providing insights on financial performance and operational metrics. Prepare and analyze budget forecasts, management reports, and variance analysis to support the decision-making process. Collaborate with business units to develop financial models and scenarios to evaluate potential business initiatives. Assist in the identification and implementation of cost optimization strategies. Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather data, assess trends, and provide actionable recommendations. Ensure compliance with financial policies, procedures, and regulations. Participate in financial planning and analysis (FP&A) processes, including monthly reporting and quarterly reviews. Provide financial training and guidance to non-financial stakeholders to enhance financial literacy across the organization. Any other tasks as assigned by management. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field. 3-5 years of relevant experience in financial analysis or business partnering, preferably in an MNC environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration. Proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis, and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, SAP). Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
