We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Senior Analyst - Finance In this role, you will: Perform regular business-as-usual activities such as invoice reconciliation, submitting invoices for payment, and following up with the Accounts Payable team. Manage periodic activities by liaising with vendors to resolve invoice-related queries and payment issues. Collaborate with the Accounts and Receivables team, Market Data Inventory, and cost management teams to update accruals and address contract-related queries. Ensure timely submission and verification of monthly and quarterly vendor declarations, including direct exchanges. Review and action weekly and quarterly vendor data notifications promptly. Support managers in maintaining turnaround times (TAT) and quality of tasks and reports. Work closely with the database manager on inventory clean-up projects, process improvements, and enhancements. Participate in daily catch-up calls for work prioritization and knowledge sharing. To be successful, you will: Degree in a financial domain. Knowledge of market data products and vendors. Experience in invoice reconciliation processes. Proficiency in managing inventory tools such as Market Data Management (MDM). Strong skills in MS Office, especially Excel; familiarity with Access and PowerPoint is advantageous. Experience working with Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) teams. Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills. Flexibility to work in a 24x5 rotating shift and a service-oriented, customer-focused approach.
