This position supports the Finance Controller in overseeing financial operations, including reporting, budgeting, inventory management, and performance analysis. The role requires a strong analytical mindset, business acumen, and the ability to drive process improvements to support business growth. Key Responsibilities: Financial Planning and Analysis Provide financial insights and recommendations to support business decisions and operational strategies. Analyze financial performance, identifying trends, variances, and areas for improvement. Support the Finance Director in gross margin analysis for new products, promotions, and discount offerings. Prepare ad-hoc financial reports and scenario planning for management. Financial Operations and Compliance Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, including monthly P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow statements. Maintain compliance with Thai tax laws, TFRS, and internal policies. Oversee financial transactions, ensuring data integrity within ERP and BI systems. Lead internal and external audit processes, preparing required documentation and supporting compliance initiatives. Inventory and Cost Management Oversee inventory ordering system, ensuring stores have sufficient stock while managing costs efficiently. Update sales targets in the ordering system based on operational trends and business forecasts. Conduct weekly cost-of-goods sold (COGS) analysis, monitoring variances and optimizing cost controls. Support stock reconciliation and variance analysis to minimize waste and ensure operational efficiency. Budgeting and Forecasting Assist the Finance Controller in preparing the annual budget and financial forecasts. Monitor and analyze actual vs. budget performance, recommending corrective actions when needed. Provide financial planning support for store expansion, renovations, and CAPEX investments. Business Intelligence & Financial Systems Ensure financial data is accurately captured and reported in Business Intelligence (BI) and ERP systems. Generate customized financial reports to support decision-making for operations, marketing, and supply chain. Work with IT teams to enhance financial systems and reporting tools. Other Duties Perform other responsibilities as assigned by the Finance Controller to support the organization’s financial health and strategic objectives. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. 3-5 years of experience in finance or accounting, preferably within the food & beverage, retail, or QSR industry. Experience with multi-unit/franchise business models is an advantage. Previous audit experience from a Big 4 firm is preferred. CPA, ACCA, or CFA certification is a plus.
