Overview Position Summary: The Senior Analyst, FP&A will play a pivotal role in supporting the financial strategy of the Company. This position reports to the Manager of FP&A and is responsible for assisting the FP&A team in providing financial insights, forecasting, budgeting, and financial analysis to support executive decision-making and enhance organizational performance. Responsibilities Financial Planning & Analysis: Participate in the annual budgeting process, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and accurate forecasting. Partner with Operations Team through regular reporting, business reviews, and ad-hoc analysis. Work with the Accounting Department to support month-end close process. Prepare month-end reporting materials for internal stakeholders, executives, and investors. Analyze financial performance and operational metrics; identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement. Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights that drive business decisions. Act as a strategic partner to field operations teams, providing financial insights that lead to actionable opportunities to improve performance. Compliance and Governance: Ensure adherence to financial policies, regulations, and accounting standards. Help maintain processes for effective financial governance. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. 3-5 years of experience in finance, with a background in FP&A, preferably in healthcare. Self-driven with growth mindset. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data. Strong attention to detail. Must have sound time management skills and be able to prioritize tasks as needed. Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders. Proficient in financial modeling, forecasting, and analysis tools, including Power BI and Excel.
