POSITION SUMMARY
The Sr Analyst FP&A (Financial Analytics and Reporting) plays a critical role in transforming how we use data to drive smart, strategic decisions across the organization. This role is ideal for someone who blends technical skill with business curiosity, and is excited by the opportunity to improve processes, automate reporting, and translate insights into action. You’ll be partnering closely with Finance, Operations, Compliance, Medical Management, Vendor Management and other teams to deliver insights that matter.
JOB DESCRIPTION
This Senior Analyst FP&A role blends technical skill, business understanding, and creative problem-solving. The will lead efforts in pulling and connecting data, building dashboards, identifying trends, and telling clear stories with insights. You’ll work with tools like SQL, Power BI, Tableau, and Excel—and you’ll collaborate with stakeholders who rely on you to make data approachable, trustworthy, and valuable.
