We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Senior Analyst to lead the day-to-day operations and intake processes within our Global Sourcing & Procurement (S&P) team. This role ensures seamless execution of operational activities, efficient intake and categorization of procurement requests, continuous alignment and improvement of processes to achieve organizational goals, and cross collaboration with team members.

Responsibilities

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Managing the day-to-day operations including intake and categorization of Sourcing and Procurement (S&P) requests.
  • Oversee and support daily S&P operations, ensuring timely review and accurate execution of intake requests.
  • Partner closely with business stakeholders to ensure operational excellence and drive positive customer experience.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align S&P activities with broader business objectives.
  • Lead the intake process for S&P requests, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and compliance with internal policies.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders submitting S&P requests.
  • Maintain and improve the intake workflow, adhering to team set SLAs to enhance efficiency and user experience.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to thoroughly understand business needs and priorities.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity within S&P systems and tools.

ROLE REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor´s degree and/or minimum of 5+ years of experience in operations with a focus on process optimization and stakeholder engagement. Direct S&P experience is preferred but not required.
  • Exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven ability to manage competing priorities and meet SLAs in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven ability to work cross functionally with an ability to shift and adapt as required by daily priorities.
  • Must possess a strong, decisive, and action-oriented mindset.
