We're looking for an experienced Senior Analyst, GTM Operation to join our GTM Operations & Analytics team.This role is for an individual contributor role.Reporting to the Manager, GTM Operations you will be responsible for: Collaborating with Sales, Pre-sales, Marketing, and Engineering teams to align business needs with innovative GTM system solutions, fostering data-driven decision-making Managing end-to-end project lifecycles for AI Initiatives, from concept and BRD creation to successful implementation and stakeholder alignment Contributing to the identification, strategic planning, and hands-on application of Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs) to optimize GTM processes. This includes evaluating opportunities for building in-house AI solutions, enhancing data analysis capabilities, generating actionable strategic insights, and defining key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the adoption and impact of deployed AI initiatives Performing in-depth data analysis to identify trends and opportunities across GTM systems. Develop and present compelling reports and dashboards that translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations Playing a significant role in crafting sophisticated go-to-market strategies, resource plans, and execution frameworks, leveraging data and AI-driven insights to ensure maximum impact and drive success What We’re Looking for (Minimum Qualifications) 4+ years of experience in GTM Business Systems Analysis and Administration, with strong proficiency in the end-to-end deployment, optimization, and management of business-critical tools Bachelor's degree from a Tier 1 or Tier 2 college Expertise in Salesforce, with deep knowledge of report creation, dashboard development, platform customization, and an understanding of its advanced features and functionalities A proven track record of contributing to and working on impactful AI/ML projects, specifically with Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs), from conceptualization to successful application in a business context Demonstrated proficiency in prompt engineering, a solid understanding of core AI concepts such as RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation), fine-tuning, and experience applying these to solve real-world GTM challenges What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications) Proficient SQL knowledge, with experience using business intelligence tools such as Tableau or Power BI for data visualization and reporting MBA from a Tier 1 or Tier 2 college GTM Platform Acumen: Strong familiarity with a range of GTM platforms beyond Salesforce, such as ZoomInfo, Salesloft, or Outreach #LI-Remote #LI-VV3 At Zscaler, we are committed to building a team that reflects the communities we serve and the customers we work with.
