Job Title Senior Analyst – Helpdesk Job Description Summary Record and maintain up-to-date, accurate, complete and consistent lease data base in order to ground and secure cost effective and proactive operational and financial portfolio management for the occupier clients of Cushman & Wakefield GOS. Job Description Responsibilities of the jobholder: Client and Stakeholder Coordination: Serve as the primary contact between internal teams and external parties (clients, landlords, tenants, agents), ensuring smooth communication and uninterrupted use of client premises. Operational and Reporting Duties: Manage workload efficiently, support monthly KPI and ad-hoc reporting, maintain data quality, and comply with internal processes and controls. Team Support and Training: Share knowledge, participate in meetings, contribute to team backup systems, and assist in creating and delivering training materials for new joiners. Regular tasks: Daily Operations and Issue Management: Oversee the helpdesk for client properties, coordinate inspections with landlords and surveyors, maintain inspection records, and manage a web-based job tracker to monitor and update maintenance issues. Stakeholder Coordination and Team Support: Review lease responsibilities, liaise with landlords, tenants, and external Facilities Managers to resolve issues efficiently, and provide guidance to team members to ensure procedural compliance and effective contribution About You: Educational and Professional Background: BSC/MSC degree required, with at least 1 year of client care or real estate operations experience in an international environment. Technical and Communication Skills: Strong IT literacy, intermediate proficiency in MS Office, excellent written and verbal communication, and a solid analytical and problem-solving mindset. Work Ethic and Adaptability: Ability to work independently and collaboratively, prioritize tasks under pressure, adapt to change, and demonstrate a proactive, enthusiastic attitude with a strong willingness to learn.
