Job Title: Analyst/Senior Analyst I – Actuarial Pricing (Radar CoE) Job Location: Bangalore Year of experience: 2-6 Years Job Description/Key Tasks: • As a member of the Radar CoE team at CBSI, candidate will be required to prepare and translate rating manuals or excel based raters into Radar pricing models (working in close conjunction with line actuaries) that can be used for live pricing with UW platforms and for actuarial pricing tasks (impact analysis, scenario analysis, generate rate monitoring reports etc). • Validate premiums generated from Radar pricing model against available data sets to ensure model accuracy & consistency.  Work on radar model updates & enhancements such as rate/modifier, algorithm updates. Support with proof of concepts projects within the team.  This role presents an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to advance their career in Pricing Analytics within the Property & Casualty (P&C) industry. Key skills required: • 2-6+ years of experience in actuarial or pension roles (awareness of General Insurance pricing principles & LOBs would be preferred) • Familiarity with rating algorithms & understanding or knowledge of raters (excel, PDF etc) would be a big plus.  Strong MS Excel skills is mandatory, and additional knowledge in VBA/Excel macros will be advantageous for data handling and automation.  Proficiency in programming languages such as SQL or R or Python, enabling efficient data manipulation and analysis. • Prior work experience in Radar suite software will be an added advantage but not mandatory for the role.  The role will involve contributing, working & coordinating with both onshore and offshore teams (Actuarial, UW, IT etc.) at Chubb. Excellent communication & presentation skills are needed
