REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree and four years of relevant experience OR Master’s degree and two years of relevant experience
- Hold the financial planning certification/accreditation from the IPF (Pl. Fin.)
- Strong knowledge of investments and wealth management (personal taxation, estate planning, retirement plans, etc.)
- Ability to communicate complex financial planning concepts in a clear, comprehensive, and practical manner
- Ability to quickly build interest and trust
- Experience in customer service/advisory and excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt to change
- Listening skills necessary to understand clients’ sensitive issues
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and identify clients’ financial planning needs and propose tailored solutions
- Prepare all types of financial plans (partial and full) as well as retirement projections, and provide personalized follow-up with clients
- Develop an action plan with clients based on their situation and oversee its implementation in collaboration with the clients’ external professionals
- Establish a trusting relationship with clients to ensure their loyalty and generate the inflow of new assets
- Identify and raise business opportunities, particularly in the area of financial security
- Actively participate in business development activities for investment advisors by presenting the wealth management service offering to existing clients (insurance, estate planning, banking services, etc.), and providing information on wealth management products
- Respond to inquiries from investment advisors and other team members regarding financial planning and offer training and coaching to help them better advise their clients
- Collaborate closely with other experts within the Group, including estate planners, CPAs, tax specialists, and financial planners
- Identify and develop business opportunities by redirecting clients to our internal partners (individual, commercial, insurance networks, etc.)
- Maintain internal and external visibility to build and develop strong business relationships
- Contribute to the improvement of financial planning tools and the evolution of work processes
