Description
Responsibilities Prepare submission of periodic reports to internal stakeholders in a timely manner in accordance to Head Office and Regional Office requirements. Collaborate with relevant departments in Head Office and Regional Office to efficiently enhance business and governance initiatives at overseas subsidiaries including preparation of progress reports.   Coordinate participation by overseas subsidiaries, including supporting logistical arrangements, for internal training programs and overseas recruitment events. Support organization of training programs and liaise with relevant departments for required support and resources.     Prepare internal reports and applications related to supervision of subsidiaries. Coordinate the dissemination of reports and meeting minutes to relevant stakeholders and monitor timely completion of acknowledgement of reports and consultations by subsidiaries. Assist in translation of Japanese and English reports  Support department administration such as meeting and business trip arrangements, employee onboarding and off-boarding, invoice processing and expense claims, and IT support.     Requirements Diploma or Bachelor’s degree qualifications with minimum 5 years of work experience, preferably in the banking industry. Experience in support for planning tasks, such as business management and performance management. Support for human resource and/or risk management related experiences with a willingness to take on new assignments will be advantageous.  Strong interpersonal and communication abilities (verbal and written) including presentation skills and effective cross-cultural communication.  Strong collaboration and team playing abilities while possessing the ability to work independently. Proactive mindset with a strong sense of initiative and drive to pursue value-adding solutions. Time management with the ability to process multiple tasks simultaneously with attention to detail and timeliness.  Possess quantitative analytical, strong execution and organizational skills. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Power Point and Excel). Business level proficiency for spoken and written Japanese to fulfill job responsibilities.
