Description
The Privileged Access Management (PAM) Analyst plays a critical role in supporting the delivery, security, governance, and continuous improvement of privileged access services across the enterprise. The role is responsible for ensuring secure, reliable and efficient management of privileged identities, accounts and access controls while contributing to cybersecurity resilience, operational excellence, modernization initiatives and colleague experience. Working closely with engineering, cybersecurity, infrastructure and business stakeholders, the PAM Analyst supports access management processes, risk reduction activities, technology modernization initiatives, audits, compliance requirements and the adoption of emerging technologies including Artificial Intelligence (AI) The Role Key Responsibilities * Administer and support PAM platforms, tools, and associated processes. * Process privileged access requests, changes and reviews in accordance with established policies, standards and procedures. * Ensure accurate, timely and high-quality completion of PAM tickets and service requests. * Validate requests and access permissions to achieve a high first-time-right resolution rate. * Escalate issues, exceptions and risks appropriately. * Maintain operational documentation, knowledge articles and support materials.
