Your responsibilities will include Analyzes cloud usage and resource utilization to find savings opportunities. Manages the entire financial lifecycle of cloud costs: Policies: Defining guidelines and best practices to control spending. Compliance: Implementing a governance framework to ensure budgetary limits are respected. Tagging: Using tags to group resources and accurately allocate costs to the corresponding teams or projects. Manages the relationship with cloud service and support vendors (like TCS and Accenture): High School Diploma or GED with 5+years experience as a Network/Cloud/Infrastructure Engineer ∙ 1+ year(s) of professional experience in public cloud (Google Cloud Platform / Amazon Web Services / Microsoft Azure) ∙ 2+ year(s) of technical experience with administering Windows and/or Linux operating systems ∙ 1+ year(s) of experience with architecting/deploying/operating infrastructure solutions Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field (Master's degree or certifications like AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner, Azure Fundamentals, or GCP Associate Cloud Engineer are beneficial). Proven experience in financial management, cost optimization, or cloud financial operations. Strong understanding of cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and their pricing models. Knowledge of FinOps principles, cloud cost management tools (e.g., AWS Cost Explorer, Azure Cost Management, Google Cloud Billing), and cost analytics. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret financial data, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations. Project management skills to drive initiatives, track progress, and achieve cost-saving goals.
