Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a Senior Analyst, Integrated Planning to support our supply chain transformation journey—beginning with the migration from Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central to Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O), and continuing into the design and implementation of scalable demand, supply, capacity, and inventory planning processes.
This role will serve as a key contributor to process design, systems integration, financial projection modeling, and the development of our supply chain technology roadmap. The ideal candidate is structured, systems-minded, and proactive—able to translate cross-functional needs into executable planning solutions that support both strategic goals and day-to-day execution.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Act as the primary representative for planning and master data during the ERP transition (Business Central F&O)
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across Supply Chain, Finance, Procurement, Manufacturing, and BT to ensure planning requirements are embedded in process and system design
  • Map and document current-state and future-state workflows across demand, supply, capacity, and inventory management
  • Support data cleansing, migration, and governance related to BOMs, routings, items, planning parameters, and calendars
  • Contribute to the selection and phased implementation of an Advanced Planning System (APS)
  • Support the development of capacity planning processes, including labor modeling, constraint planning, and resource availability
  • Assist in designing and improving inventory management processes, including safety stock logic, days-of-supply targets, and replenishment parameters
  • Support the execution of planning processes while helping to define the long-term supply chain technology roadmap in partnership with leadership and BT
  • Link planning logic with financial projections and scenario analysis to support executive decision-making
  • Drive continuous improvement in planning data quality, process visibility, and cross-functional alignment
  • Participate in ERP testing (UAT), documentation, and end-user training
