About our group:   The International Trade Administration (ITA) Team at Seagate Woodlands is responsible for the operational execution and compliance of global import/export activities. Our mission is to ensure adherence to international trade regulations while supporting Seagate’s trade facilitation efforts worldwide. Through close collaboration across the ITA organization, we strive to achieve operational excellence and maintain robust compliance standards.    We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Senior Analyst with excellent organizational skills. This individual contributor role reports to the Manager, International Trade Administration, and is based in Woodlands.About the role - you will:   Demonstrate proficiency in SAP systems to support key deliverables and continuous improvement initiatives Analyze complex datasets, including financial reports, to identify actionable insights that enhance processes and outcomes Oversee operational data related to import/export activities, ensuring alignment with regulatory compliance requirements Drive initiatives to achieve Best-In-Class standards, ensuring timely execution and implementation Foster strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to stay informed of regulatory changes and emerging issues Identify and lead cost optimization projects related to product and trade operations Support customs certifications and audits Perform additional tasks as assigned by the manager About you:   Possess a recognized degree or higher qualification A proactive team player who is independent, resourceful, and collaborative Effective interpersonal and communication skills Skilled in project management and cross-functional coordination In-depth knowledge of Singapore’s import/export laws and regulations Your experience includes:   Comprehensive understanding of Asia Pacific trade compliance, with global trade compliance knowledge considered an asset Working background in a manufacturing environment Engagement with government and regulatory agencies on customs-related matters Proven ability to manage and resolve customs clearance challenges effectively Location:   Our Woodlands site is one of the largest electronics manufacturing sites in Singapore, housing our recording media operations. Spread over three sites, it is easily accessible via bus or from the MRT Station, with many employees taking mass transportation to work.
