The Team We are seeking a Senior Analyst IT Support Services to join American Tower’s IT organization’s Infrastructure & User Services team. The supports, innovates, and enhances Microsoft collaboration environments and endpoint management to ensure secure and productive digital experiences. Day to day you will administer Microsoft 365 platforms, monitor endpoint health, and implement automation for operational efficiency. As a Senior Analyst, you will strengthen governance, drive adoption of new technologies (including AI and Copilot), and contribute to operational excellence across collaboration platforms.
