Role Responsibilities:• Origination, assessment and structuring of new-to-bank real estate lending transactions• Identifying and assessing new lending opportunities to support growth of the Real Estate portfolio• Developing client-specific financing proposals and pitch materials• Preparing detailed credit papers and recommendations for new transactions• Undertaking financial analysis, modelling and transaction due diligence• Assessing complex business, ownership and financing structures• Identifying, assessing and mitigating key transaction and credit risks• Reviewing and advising on legal and financing documentation• Working closely with clients and internal stakeholders throughout the transaction process
