Job details •Proposed designation Senior Analyst •Role type Individual Contributor •Reporting to  Assistant Manager •Geo to be supported UK •Work timings 2.00 to 10.30 pm IST Roles & responsibilities Working as a Senior/Senior Analyst in this team, your responsibilities will be: 1. Campaign Coordination & Execution •Coordinate, execute, and manage integrated campaigns across digital, email, social, paid media, events, and other channels •Translate business objectives into campaign strategies, timelines, and execution plans •Coordinate campaign launches, rollouts, and post‑campaign activities 2. Content & Creative Coordination •Collaborate with content, design, and copywriting teams to create campaign assets •Ensure messaging, branding, and tone are consistent across all channels •Review and approve campaign materials for accuracy, quality, and brand compliance 3. Performance Tracking & Optimization •Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools and dashboards •Track KPIs such as engagement, conversion rates, ROI, reach, and CTR •Identify insights and recommend optimizations to improve outcomes 4. Stakeholder •Work with internal teams (marketing, sales, product, CRM) to align campaigns with business priorities 5. Reporting & Documentation •Prepare regular campaign performance reports and presentations •Document learnings, best practices, and process improvements •Maintain campaign calendars, trackers, and documentation This role is for you if you have  the below Educational qualifications MBA in Marketing or similar area of study. Work experience The candidate must have to 3-5 years of relevant experience in a similar role, particularly in a professional services firm/IT company/internal portal/content teams within key technology companies/procurement function Essential Skills Required Project, Individual Contributor as well as Team exposure —Credible record of operating as part of a team —Problem solving skills; ability to drive through to an outcome in circumstances of complexity and ambiguity. —Goal driven Technical skills —Adobe Campaign Classic or any similar email marketing tool —CRM tools like Workfront, JIRA, JobTrack, etc. —Good understanding and experience of data and analytics, content & marketing automation platform like Marketo, Eloqua, etc. is a plus Behavioral / team skills —Excellent / strong English communication skills (written and spoken) —Excellent attention to detail is a must —A professional and organized approach to work and a strong team player —Strong interpersonal skills and experience working in a team —Working to strict deadlines and flexibility in time management —Drive and commitment to deliver a high-quality service to the KPMG network —Excellent written communication and data interpretation skills, to prepare and present concise reports with actionable insights and recommendations —Strong influencing and communication skills to act professionally, calmly and persuasively when dealing with key internal stakeholders —Comfort with wide variety of cultural differences and skill sets and ability to work a flexible schedule to interact with colleagues in other time zones around the world Other information •Interview process: 3 to 4 rounds •Does the job role involve travelling: No
