Description
Core Pricing Responsibilities: Build end-to-end pricing models for engagements including cost build-up, margin analysis and deal structuring Assist in Developing comprehensive financial models covering multi-year contacts, ramp-ups, renewals and transformation services Solid understanding of P&L, cost structures and margin management Analyze requirements and ensure pricing responses meet requirements Ensure pricing models reflect accurate cost drivers not limited to internal overheads Assist in designing and maintaining Standardized pricing templates aligned to service towers, delivery models and commercial constructs Analysis & Benchmarking: Conduct comprehensive benchmarking analysis against industry standards and internal historical data Perform comparative analysis of previous engagement letters to identify pricing trends Stakeholder Management: Support negotiation processes with pricing scenarios and alternative fee arrangements Interact with engagement teams for clarification on pricing requests Coordinate with Sales, Business, Delivery, Finance teams to create a seamless working environment Manage multiple clients/pricing projects simultaneously Database & Tool Management: Identify opportunities to automate or streamline pricing preparation processes for improved efficiency Quality & Training: Ensure highest quality and timely delivery within agreed SLAs and timelines Develop and deliver training/best practice sessions as required
Responsibilities
The Senior Analyst is responsible for building end-to-end pricing models, conducting benchmarking analysis, and managing complex deal structures. They also coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate cost drivers and efficient pricing processes.
