Job Summary We are recruiting for a Senior in our business center environment, serving a vital role in providing excellent customer service and administrative support to Performance Leaders (PLs) within KPMG UK. This is a dynamic, high-energy position where no two days are the same, and the successful colleague will be responsible for a diverse range of activities, including but not limited to regular customer communications, collaboration with internal KPMG teams, supporting client engagements, reconciliations, client and market research, document processing, ad-hoc data analysis, PowerPoint presentations, and coordinating meetings and training events. You will also be expected to become proficient in the Clients’ processes and perform them from time to time to meet expectations and to support training new team members.   Role and Responsibilities •Prepare and update reporting packs, trackers, dashboards, and skeleton packs for Monthly Business Reviews (MBRs), ensuring data accuracy and relevance; gather necessary inputs from PLs & departments. •Support recruitment activities by sharing updates such as recruitment process reminders and assisting with induction coordination. •Maintain and update pipeline sales insight reports, track progress, and provide detailed analysis to support decision-making. •Ensure timely submission and accuracy of timesheets; chase missing timesheets and resolve discrepancies to maintain compliance. Track completion of mandatory training, report compliance to management, and assist in implementing strategies to improve engagement. •Support debt recovery efforts by following up on outstanding items in collaboration with Performance Leaders and finance teams. •Create and share updates such as win-flash notifications; actively follow up on large opportunities, significant wins, and losses to ensure timely updates for monthly meetings. •Coordinate meetings and training sessions, including agendas, logistics, and follow-ups, to ensure smooth execution. •Support the development and implementation of apprentice rotation schedules, monitor progress, and liaise with department managers to facilitate smooth transitions.   Role and Responsibilities …cont. •Execute ad-hoc data analysis and reporting tasks to support client engagements and internal projects, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery. •Take on additional tasks and projects as assigned by Performance Leaders. •Knowledge of Profinda system would be an added advantage. •Offer insights during team meetings to enhance performance and client experience through process excellence and innovation. •Provide support for document processing tasks and maintain workflow accuracy in line with service standards.
