Job details •Proposed designation  Learning Developer, Audit Learning Team •Role type  Individual contributor •Reporting to   TL/AM/Manager •Geo to be supported  Australia •Work timings  9:30 am to 6:00 pm IST Roles & responsibilities Content Development •Create high-quality content for audit training programs, including videos, infographics, presentations, articles, and digital learning modules. •Collaborate with the Audit Learning Managers, Audit Learning Assistant Managers and stakeholders to ensure content is accurate, relevant, and aligned with learning objectives. •Adapt content for various platforms and formats (e.g., LMS, intranet, mobile, social media). Visual & Multimedia Design •Design visual assets that enhance learning experiences, such as diagrams, animations, and branded templates. •Produce and edit video content, including scripting, recording, and post-production. •Ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines and accessibility standards. Content Management •Maintain and update content libraries, ensuring version control and consistency across learning materials. •Track engagement metrics and feedback to inform content improvements. Collaboration & Communication •Work closely with the Audit Learning team, instructional designers, and stakeholders to understand content needs and priorities. Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to enhance learning impact.   Work experience •Experience creating content for audit, finance, or compliance training. •Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and SCORM-compliant content. •Basic knowledge of instructional design and eLearning development. Video production and editing experience. Preferred technical & functional skills Content Development •Writing and editing for clarity and engagement •Visual communication (infographics, diagrams) •Storytelling and narrative structuring Technical & Digital •Multimedia production (video, audio, animation) •eLearning authoring tools (Articulate 360, Captivate) •LMS familiarity (SuccessFactors, Cornerstone) Audit-Specific Knowledge •Understanding of audit and assurance concepts •Awareness of regulatory and compliance standards Collaboration & Engagement •Working with Audit Learning Managers and Assistant Managers •Working with subject matter experts (SMEs) •Incorporating stakeholder and learner feedback Project & Time Management •Managing content calendars and deadlines •Attention to detail and version control Creative & Strategic Thinking •Designing content for different learner levels and styles Innovating formats and engagement strategies Other information •Interview process: 3 to 4 rounds (includes Onshore) •Does the job role involve travelling: Yes (if required) •Does the busy season apply to this role?: Yes  (If yes, Sep till Apr)
