Roles & responsibilities We are recruiting for a Tax Analyst to support the tax affairs of the KPMG UK group. The role will involve working predominantly with members of the internal tax team and some work with the finance team and wider parts of the firm. •Preparation of various schedules required to complete/support the tax computations of KPMG, in particular the firm’s PAYE Settlement Agreement with HMRC. •Assistance with the preparation of overseas employment tax filings for the UK firm.  •Tools and Data Extraction: •Extraction, reconciliation of accounting entries and analysis of data from KPMG systems, including S4HANA, Concur, Coupa etc. •Data Verification: •Liaising with other internal information providers to ensure accuracy of analysis.. •Reporting and Communication: •Report analysis and findings to team members within specified timescales. •Additional Responsibilities: •Ad Hoc Tasks and Projects: Engage in other ad hoc tasks and projects as required. Process Improvement: •Automation and Efficiency: Support efforts to automate reporting processes and incorporate generative AI tools to enhance efficiency, standardization, and innovation in financial analysis. Team and Stakeholder Engagement: •Stakeholder Management: Engage effectively with stakeholders, delivering analytical insights that align financial objectives with business strategies, including real-time support to stakeholders starting at 2 PM IST.     •
