Job details •Proposed designation  Senior Analyst •Role type  Motion Graphic Designer •Reporting to   TL/AM/Manager •Geo to be supported  Luxembourg •Work timings  09:30 am to 6:00 pm Roles & responsibilities The Motion Graphic Designer will play a role in video creation and editing as per brand. They will be producing creative, comprehensive layout and design for marketing collateral, proposals and client deliverables. The position is at the center of a fast-paced environment and requires the ability to think strategically and respond quickly to changing priorities. This role will focus on conceptualization, prototyping and production of video deliverables based on the company’s global brand. Project management, communication and prioritization skills are key. •Collaborate with team members to conceptualize and brainstorm ideas for motion graphic projects. •Create visually appealing motion graphics, including animations, transitions and effects, using software such as Adobe After Effects, Premier Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign or similar tools. •Added knowledge of blender, AI tools such as Podcast.io •Develop storyboards to outline the visual narrative and sequence of the motion graphic projects. •Design and create assets such as illustrations, icons and graphics that are essential for the animation. •Work closely with other team members, including illustrators, writers, video editors and clients, to ensure alignment with project goals. •Manage project timelines and deadlines, ensuring timely delivery of motion graphic elements. •Be flexible in adapting designs and animations based on feedback from team members and clients. •Conduct quality checks to ensure that animations are error-free and meet the project’s requirements. •Be open to constructive criticism and feedback from team members and clients, making necessary adjustments to improve the final product. •Troubleshoot technical issues or challenges that may arise during the animation and design process. •Keep detailed records of design choices, project specifications and other relevant information for future reference. •Occasionally interact directly with clients to understand their vision, present design concepts and receive feedback. •Ensure that motion graphics align with the client’s brand guidelines and maintain brand consistency. •Stay updated with industry trends and new design techniques to enhance skills and creativity. Test motion graphics on various platforms and devices to ensure compatibility and optimal performance.  
Responsibilities
The Motion Graphic Designer is responsible for conceptualizing, prototyping, and producing high-quality video deliverables and marketing collateral aligned with global brand guidelines. This includes collaborating with cross-functional teams to create animations, transitions, and visual narratives from storyboard to final production.
