Roles & Responsibilities: * Some experience in a PMO organization, project management capacity is preferred * Coordination and project management support for key operations projects withing Global Digital HR operations. This may include but is not limited to: * coordinating and providing admin support for data privacy reviews with Global Risk and Global Technology teams for all applications managed by the Digital HR team * providing necessary PM support for Talent projects * providing necessary PM support for other COE projects * providing necessary PM support for urgent ad-hoc projects * working with stakeholders to coordinate and collate progress reports across all projects and operations * Maintaining risk and issues log and backlog across the projects and operations

Responsibilities

The Senior Analyst will provide project management and administrative support for Global Digital HR operations, including data privacy reviews and talent projects. They are responsible for coordinating progress reports, maintaining risk and issues logs, and managing project backlogs.
