Description

Key responsibilities include: Data Analysis and Reporting: •Manage KPI reporting such as utilization, AOP, headcount, and attrition, across monthly, quarterly, and ad-hoc requests •Compile and synthesize data across three delivery centers for G&S, ensuring consistency in data formats and taxonomy •Produce specific reports for Market Intelligence and Pursuits, as well as assist in the preparation of packs for internal reviews Operational Support: •Support HR and system on-boarding, off-boarding, exit processes, and headcount validations •Ensure timely updates to the PowerBI dashboard to reflect the latest data and insights •Assist with various activities and processes within the team to streamline operations and enhance efficiency Special Projects: •Liaise with business teams to collect, compile, and publish centralized data repositories ensuring comprehensive and up-to-date information •Examples – resumes, role profiles, SLA/SOPs
