ESSENTIAL SKILLS

  • Experience in a Senior Analyst role, with demonstrated expertise in handling complex data analysis and strategic projects.
  • Broad analytics experience operating across more than one functional area.
  • People / project leadership taking ownership of complex analytics projects end-to-end, specifically within the gambling sector
  • Ability to lead discussions and influence senior stakeholders by presenting numerical evidence in a clear, actionable manner.
  • Experience in iGaming, e-commerce, or other digital industries.
  • Advanced proficiency in SQL and experience with Tableau (or similar data visualization tool).
  • Deep expertise in data modeling, business intelligence, and extracting actionable insights from complex data sets.
  • A relentless commitment to maintaining and improving analytical processes and deliverables across the team.
  • Fluent in English.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will act as a strategic partner to senior stakeholders, leveraging your expertise to analyse complex market trends, customer behavior, and business performance across multiple regions.
You will take ownership of key analytical projects, mentor junior analysts, and drive innovation in data analysis and decision-making.

YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

  • Acting as a trusted analytical partner to senior stakeholders, providing deep insights into market trends, customer behavior, and business performance.
  • Leading in-depth analyses to identify opportunities, risks, and key drivers of growth across UK brands ensuring business decisions are data-driven.
  • Building analytics muscle across all functional areas including CRM, marketing, operations and product
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Business Intelligence and Data Engineering to develop, maintain, and improve advanced dashboards and reports that track key business metrics and deliver timely insights.
  • Driving innovation in data analysis, proactively identifying new methodologies and best practices to enhance business intelligence capabilities.
  • Analyse customer acquisition, retention, and engagement strategies, offering recommendations for optimising market performance.
  • Translate complex data sets into clear, actionable insights that drive business decisions at a regional level.
  • Mentoring junior analysts, sharing knowledge, and ensuring high-quality analytical deliverables across the team.
  • Taking ownership of complex domain-related problems, leading their resolution, and implementing best practices in business analysis.
  • Building strategic relationships within and outside the organization to improve knowledge-sharing and industry best practices.
