About the role
Liverpool Football Club are currently recruiting for a Senior Analyst to join our Digital team. You will be a hands-on problem solver and subject matter expert, providing second-line technical support and premium service to senior stakeholders.
This role is an escalation point for first-line support, requiring in-depth IT knowledge, strong problem-solving skills, and a proactive, customer-focused approach.

Responsibilities
  • Provide proactive and reactive support for IT hardware across all sites, including remote and on-site troubleshooting.
  • Fulfil service requests escalated from first line that require in-person execution.
  • Lead IT support during key LFC events, including match days.
  • Manage escalated issues end-to-end, ensuring clear stakeholder communication.
  • Collaborate with 1st and 3rd line teams on complex problems and incidents.
  • Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities.
  • Perform regular maintenance to ensure maximum uptime of assets and a ‘compliant’ estate.
  • Support the Service Desk Manager in delivering IT projects and rollouts.
  • Build, maintain and grow strong relationships with key stakeholders across all sites.
  • Contribute to IT security, compliance, audits, and documentation.
  • Participate in on-call support rotations for any after-hours support as required.
  • Provide training and technical guidance to first line support analysts.
  • Creation and upkeep of technical documentation.
