The Senior Analyst, Loss Prevention & Store Operations, plays a pivotal role in leveraging data to protect company assets, improve operational efficiency, and support strategic decision-making across the business. This cross-functional position supports the Loss Prevention (LP) function and Store Operations by identifying risk, analyzing trends, managing vendors, and contributing to margin improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities
  • Analyzed and interpreted raw data to identify trends, anomalies, and actionable insights for Loss Prevention (LP) and Store Operations.
  • Identified patterns across stores to address issues in merchandise mix, inventory, labor metrics, sales KPIs, and other operational drivers.
  • Provided analytics to evaluate and improve operational processes and store compliance.
  • Developed and maintained reports, scorecards, and dashboards using Excel, Smartsheet, PowerPoint, Google Analytics, and BI platforms.
  • Utilized exception-based reporting to flag risk areas, uncover outliers, and recommend corrective actions.
  • Applied predictive modeling and statistical techniques to proactively identify risks and improvement opportunities.
  • Presented findings and recommendations to leaders across LP, Operations, Finance, and other departments.
