About the Role We are looking for a Senior Analyst to join our M&A team — someone who is hands-on, analytical, and eager to take ownership in a fast-paced investment banking environment. In this role, you will be actively involved in live transactions, working closely with senior bankers and clients, and contributing to some of the most important deals in the market Job Description • Support and execute end-to-end M&A transactions (buy-side, sell-side, capital raising, IPO Advisory) • Build and maintain financial models (DCF, comparables, transaction analysis) • Prepare client materials — pitch decks, teasers, investment memorandums • Conduct industry research, valuation, and strategic analysis • Participate in and coordinate due diligence processes • Work directly with clients, advisors, and internal stakeholders • Manage multiple workstreams and ensure high-quality, timely delivery • Support and guide junior team members Qualifications • 3–5 years of experience in investment banking / M&A / Private Equity / Big4 TAS • Strong knowledge of valuation and financial modeling • Advanced Excel & PowerPoint skills • Experience working on M&A transactions is a strong advantage • Strong analytical thinking and attention to details • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities • High ownership and accountability mindset • Fluent in English ⸻ Why Join Us • Work on landmark transactions in Georgia and the region • Be part of a high-performing, ambitious team • Direct exposure to senior leadership and clients • Continuous learning and growth opportunities Additional Information TBC processes the personal data of the candidate in order to determine the suitability of the candidate for the vacancy, in accordance with the requirements of the Law of Georgia on Personal Data Protection.
