- As a Senior Analyst (m/f/d) Controlling & Performance, you will assume overall responsibility at the Bremen location for the creation and further development of reports, KPI analyses, and performance evaluations, which serve as a central basis for management decisions

. - You will analyze complex deviations, identify structural causes, and derive well-founded, actionable recommendations for the specialist departments

. - In addition, you will manage and shape cross-departmental projects for process optimization, independently develop improvement concepts, assess their economic impact, and support implementation until successful realization.

- As a Senior Analyst (m/f/d) Controlling & Performance, you will actively drive the further development of existing reporting tools and controlling instruments.

- In your role, you will be in continuous communication with Finance, Operations, and Management in Bremen. We consolidate information, create transparency regarding the company's performance, and prepare strategic decisions at the highest level.
