JOB DESCRIPTION:
The successful candidate will be responsible for end-to-end Targeted campaigns supporting the growing needs of a portfolio within the broader Growth Marketing group. Growth Marketing supports the central marketing function within TD Bank Group with high quality, innovative, and insightful information to help build value for our customers and shareholders. Growth Marketing is a North America centre of excellence located in Toronto, with satellite offices in Ottawa (MBNA brand) and New Jersey (TD Bank America’s Most Convenient Bank). It supports most consumer facing TD Bank Group lines of business.
Your goal as a part of the Marketing Delivery team is to design, execute and measure performance of campaigns to drive acquisition, retention, engagement across the portfolio. If you are driven by helping stakeholders understand data, love when the latest direct-to-consumer marketing campaign results are available, and continually strive to challenge the “process status quo” to make workflows run as efficiently as possible – this is the role for you.
Success in this role will be achieved by:
Translating key business objectives into insight rich experiments that drive marketing ROI Ensuring execution (i.e., list creation) is done efficiently with excellence and precision Providing high value post-campaign/ad hoc analytics that drive campaign strategy and evolution
Your success will be predicated on your ability to forge strong partnerships, communicate effectively, deliver on-time, and continuously achieve increased efficiency.
