About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst with strong Marketing Automation experience to support a major digital growth and commercial transformation programme.The role will focus on helping the organisation transition from a traditional relationship-led sales model towards a more digitally enabled, direct customer journey.You will work across Marketing, Sales and Technology, translating business objectives into clear processes, requirements and automated workflows.Key Responsibilities
* Gather and document business and functional requirements.
* Map current and future-state marketing and sales processes.
* Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement.
* Support the design of automated lead nurturing, scoring and campaign workflows.
* Define CRM and marketing automation integration requirements.
* Facilitate workshops with business and technical stakeholders.
* Produce user stories, acceptance criteria and process documentation.
* Support UAT, implementation and business adoption.
* Work across geographically distributed teams.Required Experience
* Strong Business Analysis experience within digital, marketing or commercial transformation.
* Hands-on experience with Marketing Automation platforms.
* Experience with CRM and marketing automation integration.
* Strong understanding of lead lifecycle, campaign execution and customer journeys.
* Excellent stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills.
* Experience with process mapping, requirements gathering and UAT.
* Ability to work independently and hit the ground running in a remote environment.DesirableExperience with platforms such as HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud or Microsoft Dynamics would be advantageous.
Experience supporting a move from a traditional sales model to a digital-first or direct customer model would be particularly valuable.
