Position Overview: We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Marketplace Analyst to lead performance and operational excellence across our marketplace platforms including Amazon, eBay, and Walmart. This role will be critical in driving revenue growth, ensuring account health, and optimizing our broad catalog strategy. The ideal candidate has deep hands-on experience managing marketplace operations and has worked in a high-SKU, omnichannel retail environment.

Responsibilities
  • Marketplace Management: Own day-to-day operations across Amazon Seller Central, eBay Seller Hub, and Walmart Marketplace; ensure listings are optimized, compliant, and high-performing.
  • Performance Optimization: Analyze sales, traffic, and conversion metrics to develop and execute growth strategies.
  • Account Health & Compliance: Monitor performance dashboards, stay current with policy changes, and proactively resolve account issues to maintain good standing with all platforms.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with catalog, pricing, fulfillment, and customer support teams to drive seamless execution and customer experience.
  • Promotions & Advertising: Plan and oversee marketplace-specific promotional campaigns and sponsored product strategies.
  • Reporting & Forecasting: Build dashboards and reports to track KPIs, share insights, and forecast performance across marketplaces.
  • Catalog Strategy: Contribute to catalog expansion strategy, ensuring data quality and alignment with marketplace best practices.
  • Process Improvement: Identify workflow gaps and lead efforts to automate, scale, or improve marketplace-related processes.
