The role focuses on material master management in SAP, NPI transition planning and driving planning parameters to ensure alignment between demand forecasts, production capacity and inventory strategies. This position supports SIOP process by translating data into actionable insights, identifying risks and opportunities to enable cross-functional alignment to improve forecast accuracy, inventory performance and delivery reliability. Analyze demand, supply and inventory trends to support mid- to long-term SIOP planning and identify risks or opportunities impacting delivery performance, capacity and inventory levels. Collaborate with Production Planners and Operations to review and optimize planning master data (PFEP), including lot size, lead time, safety stock and yield/scrap parameters to improve planning stability and service levels in SAP Monitor and ensure integrity of Material Master and BOM data in SAP through periodic audits and validation checks to support accurate MRP and production planning outcomes. Support planning readiness for New Part Introduction (NPI) and product transitions, including transition inventory planning, phase-in/phase-out alignment and data readiness for production ramp-up. Support implementation of inventory planning strategies such as Inventory Entitlement (IE) and Effective Material Planning (EMP) to optimize inventory levels and working capital. Coordinate annual costing lot size review and align planning parameters with Finance, Engineering, Manufacturing and Materials teams to ensure consistency between operational planning and financial objectives. Support cross-functional SIOP and value stream replenishment reviews, providing analytical insights and participating in cross-time-zone discussions with global stakeholders. Develop and maintain SOPs for planning and master data processes, ensuring consistent execution and communication across the Materials and Planning teams. Act as SAP planning support for production control related issues, assisting in troubleshooting, root cause analysis and implementation of corrective actions. Qualifications You Must Have * At least 3 years of relevant experience Prior experiences in Manufacturing environment preferably in Aerospace industry. Bachelor Degree (Preferably major in Economics, Statistics, Business or relevant fields) Qualifications We Prefer Demonstrate Master Data Management (MDM) and Business Process with strong data analysis ability and experiences. Good working experience with SAP ECC systems Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel experience. Knowledge of Bills of Materials and Materials Master. Comfortable with data and able to handle large amounts of data. Strong change management experience with lean manufacturing background. Must be meticulous, detail-oriented and well-organized.
