• Supporting the end-to-end governance of our finance systems and data.
• Manage the day-to-day Master Data Management request across all finance functions/systems.
• Prepare and document our finance systems access governance requirements.
• Maintain and improve various finance master data elements and co-ordinate with other business functions.
• Support the execution of periodic analysis of master data integrity across all finance operating systems and integrity reports.
• Maintain system-to-system control and governance activities.
• Work with key stakeholders to set governance and timelines around key data requirements to support the enterprise planning, month end and year end reporting cycles.
• Identify improvement opportunities for better Master Data Management and Finance System usage.
• Ensure documentation of all processes are in place
