Description
  We are looking for a Senior Analyst for Marketing Operations and Capability to join the Personalisation team within the Group Customer Communications (GCC) function.   We are on an exciting journey to transform our capability to deliver personalised performance marketing. We are embarking on a strategy that will see us uplift the technology we use for marketing and transform how we use data to deliver personalised experiences for our customers.   You will be working in a Centre of Excellence that ensures the smooth operations of the Personalisation team, playing a crucial role in improving our capability from a marketing technology and platform perspective.    You will be responsible for supporting and optimising our marketing data estate from a business perspective. Working closely with others across the wider Personalisation and Customer Marketing teams, as well as our transformation and technology colleagues.    We are happy to consider flexible working approaches to help you perform at your best.   At Nationwide, we offer hybrid working wherever possible.
