REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or related field of study and Five (5) years of experience as a Design Engineer, Network Engineer, Industrial Engineer, or related role. OR Master’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or related field of study and three (3) years of experience as a Design Engineer, Network Engineer, Industrial Engineer, or related role. Two (2) years of experience with the following: Gathering and interpreting complex quantitative and qualitative data using statistical analysis methods to develop tools for root causing and interpreting supply chain management processes; Network design modeling software including Optilogic, Llamasoft, and Coupa; Programming languages including Oracle SQL, Python, and Java; Network design software, algorithms, and statistical analysis; and Data mining and analytics, advanced programming, and tool creation.

Responsibilities

Work on network engineering projects, generation of strategic cost savings using Network Design software, statistical analysis, and additional technical tools. Utilize network wide knowledge of transportation, demand and inventory planning, warehousing operations, order fulfillment, distribution, and supplier performance. Collaborate with IT and enterprise business owners to prioritize recommendations and opportunities in support of Supply Chain initiatives. Create and develop system requirements and constraints, while balancing current vs future process improvements. Act as subject matter expert with procurement systems and large data sets to assist all cross functional senior leadership in understanding and improving the overall CCA network. Lead and support the team in producing a sustainable “digital twin” representing CCA’s supply chain to allow continuous simulations and improvements to the network. Hybrid Work Policy – 3 days In-Office, 2 Days Remote – Must be able to report to local office.
