JOB DESCRIPTION:

The role reports to the Manager to support TDGIS in client onboarding, business continuity management and outsourcing oversight. The successful candidate will bring 5–7 years of professional experience in financial services or a related industry and ability to effectively manage and prioritize multiple responsibilities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Working alongside and guided by a senior team member, the successful candidate will also coordinate with partners on key initiatives and act as a project lead for projects/initiatives and will be encouraged to take initiative on process improvement and small enhancement projects.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
  • 5-7 years of professional work experience in financial services or a related industry.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and shifting priorities.
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills; able to work effectively with internal stakeholders and external parties.
  • Proactive and resourceful, with a willingness to take ownership of tasks and contribute ideas for improvement.
  • Familiarity with KYC/AML, BCM and operational resilience, vendor management, or outsourcing governance is advantageous, but not essential (training will be provided).
