TECHNICAL EXPERIENCE:

  • Experience with the development of algorithms leveraging SQL, R or Python
  • Experience working with relational databases
  • Experience with visualization tools/packages such as Tableau
  • Experience with reporting in media tools like Google Campaign Manager, Doubleclick Campaign Manager and Adobe Experience Manager
  • Experience working with Snowflake
  • Experience with agile tools and methodologies

YOUR EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in business intelligence/advanced analytics/data analytics working closely with data
  • Pharmaceutical marketing experience
  • Experience building reports in Google Slides or Microsoft Powerpoint for presentations to senior clients externally or to senior internal stakeholders
  • Experience with creating dashboards
  • Formal training/education in quantitative/data analysis
  • Knowledge of agile principles/project management
  • Understanding of visual information design principles
  • Understanding of causal inference

Responsibilities

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

We are looking for an experienced Senior Analyst (Omnichannel Analytics) to help us build and scale our business intelligence practice through advanced analytics, insights, and attribution modeling. We are looking for someone with hands-on-keyboard experience crafting analyses that answer client’s key business questions. This position will be client facing, with the opportunity to speak to ongoing deliverables and work with cross-functional teams. You will get to use a new set of data partners to seamlessly integrate data flowing from partners into Tableau dashboards and ultimately reports.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Experience with statistical and general-purpose programming languages for data analysis
  • Experience creating, managing and delivering on time-based analysis for campaigns (weekly, monthly quarterly, annual reporting)
  • Knowledge of predictive data models, quantitative analyses, and visualization of targeted data sources
  • Experience with data exploration, data cleaning, data analysis, data visualization, and/or data mining
  • Experience analyzing structured data sources
