We ensure diversity is celebrated for the opportunity it provides us all to learn and grow and deliver better outcomes for members. We are dedicated to building a high-performance environment underpinned by a strong risk culture, ensuring we deliver the best outcomes for our members.   Your New Role  As Senior Analyst, Operations, you will play a key role in delivering high‑quality analysis and actionable insights across Member Operations, supporting data‑driven decision‑making and continuous improvement.   Reporting to the Senior Manager, Administration & Performance or Operations Analytics, this role works closely with internal teams and external vendors to investigate operational issues, strengthen controls, assess impacts and drive improved performance across administration and operational services.   This is a hands‑on analytical role, ideal for someone who enjoys turning complex operational data into meaningful insights that influence outcomes.   Key responsibilities include but are not limited to * Perform detailed analysis of operational data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.  * Translate complex data into actionable insights for stakeholders across Member Operations and the broader business as required. * Support the investigation of operational issues and incidents or service failures using data-driven techniques. * Identify underlying causes and recommend corrective actions to improve controls, processes and outcomes. * Contribute analysis to business cases, impact assessments, and implementation plans for projects. * Work closely with business units, operations teams, and external partners to understand data needs and deliver relevant insights. * Ensure risk is managed in accordance with the Fund’s Risk Management Framework including risk identification and management, risk profiling, risk reporting and incident management   What You’ll Need    * 10+ years experience in data analysis, performance reporting, and business modelling. * 5 years superannuation operations experience * Proficiency in tools such as Excel, SQL, Power BI, JIRA, Confluence or similar. * Proven ability to conduct root cause analysis and translate data into practical recommendations  * Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills. * Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment      Life at AustralianSuper  AustralianSuper is committed to colleague development, and we support our people with ongoing learning, coaching and training, as well as career opportunities across our expanding global organisation.
