On behalf of our technology client, Procom is searching for a Senior Analyst - Oracle Fusion - SCM & FIN for a 6-month role. This position is a hybrid position with 3 days onsite at our client’s Calgary Or Edmonton office.

SENIOR ANALYST - ORACLE FUSION - SCM & FIN - JOB DESCRIPTION:

The Senior Analyst - Oracle Fusion - SCM & FIN will support ongoing projects to update procurement, inventory, expenses, bank templates, accounts receivable, and project accounting areas. This role involves working with business stakeholders and integration developers to bring additional companies and divisions into using the Finance and Supply Chain modules within Oracle Fusion.

SENIOR ANALYST - ORACLE FUSION - SCM & FIN - MANDATORY SKILLS:

  • 5-7 years working in Oracle Fusion configuration for Finance and Supply Chain modules
  • Experience with Change advisory processes and ITIL processes
  • Proficient with JIRA and other DevOps tools
  • Experience with MS Teams and O365 tools
  • Experience with both Waterfall and Agile project delivery methodologies
  • Ability to manage SaaS application vendors and their releases and support systems
  • Strong technical skills in OTBI, BI publisher, and working in configuration changes for Oracle modules

SENIOR ANALYST - ORACLE FUSION - SCM & FIN – NICE-TO-HAVE SKILLS:

  • Good knowledge of modern technologies and industry-standard software applications for utilities
  • Experience working within cross-functional teams
  • Experience working within a program management structure
  • Experience working within a matrix organizational structure
  • Thorough understanding of project management principles and planning
Responsibilities
  • Configure Procurement, Inventory, AR, AP, IExpense, Bank integration support, and Project Accounting design and templates
  • Make configuration changes based on process design and business requirements
  • Execute the change advisory processes
  • Support data loads and data validations
  • Raise bugs and SR’s with Oracle for resolution
  • Support the change management requirements, communication, and stakeholder management
  • Create detailed documentation of configuration changes
