Title: Senior Analyst, Planning
Salary: $86,778 - $102,091 - $117,405 per year (pay range explained below)
Contract: Permanent
Hours: 8:30am-4:30pm (core hours 9am-3pm Mon-Fri)
Location: Sinclair office, Metro Vancouver located on the traditional, ancestral, and unceded territory of the Coast Salish Peoples, including the territories of the Musqueam, Squamish, and Tsleil- Waututh Nations - (Hybrid working is an option in line with FNHA’s flex work policy). Please note, this role will be relocating to our new office building in North Vancouver on Tsleil-Waututh Nation (TWN) land, south of Mount Seymour Parkway, after Summer 2026

EDUCATION

• Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Master degree is an asset.

EXPERIENCE

• 5 – 7 years of recent, relevant, and progressive experience in performance management, planning and reporting.
• Experience working with First Nations.
• Experience producing planning and reporting products in a provincial office and/or corporate setting.
• Experience with SharePoint and/or online reporting an asset.

As a Senior Analyst, Planning and Reporting you will provide support to planning and the development, review and implementation of strategic planning, reporting and performance measurement functions and practices.
