As a member of the Population Health Data Strategy and Implementation team, the Senior Analyst is responsible for generating actionable insights related to population health and health system performance. This role involves full ownership of the data lifecycle, including the development of measurement and evaluation frameworks. The Senior Analyst produces information products of varying complexity to describe and predict how initiatives contribute to improved health outcomes for Ontarians while optimizing costs. This role plays a pivotal role in designing analytical methodologies and performance indicators that support Primary and Community Based Care’s initiatives.
