THE ROLE

As a Senior Analyst, Private Markets, you will:

• Partner with the Senior Leadership team and provide strategic advice and analysis on complex regulatory issues in private markets, delivering possible solutions to key challenges.
• Lead and manage projects that shape ASIC’s regulatory priorities, interventions and law reforms in private markets.
• Utilise data-driven insights for surveillance, thematic reporting, and regulatory decision-making.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including government, regulators, and industry leaders.
• Support industry compliance by providing guidance on regulatory requirements and best practices.
