Overview We are hiring an Sr. Analyst to Quality Assurance process for ensuring the quality and effectiveness of business, products, and services within India business. The insurance placement & finance tasks process transactions for end-to-end client servicing of accounts per IRDAI guidelines. This role requires a comprehensive understanding of the policy life cycle, and the various actions required for New Business/Renewals, Mid-Term Adjustments, invoicing and reconciliation. How you'll make an impact Responsibilities Audit policies attached on the system, ensuring schedule on policy is accurately recorded and aligned with the clients’ requirements vs final placement slip or QCR Ensuring all the policies are accurately recorded and aligned with the clients’ requirements per IRDAI regulatory requirements Review policies placed Coordinate closely with brokers to ensure smooth auditing of all policies, maintaining clear communication and addressing issues promptly Highlight any variances immediately and get all the policies rectified to ensure efficiency Coordinate closely with brokers to ensure policy is placed accurately with correct values and wordings are listed in the slip Publish variance dashboards and effectively rectify policies within correct timelines Ability to think critically and make sound judgments based on the evidence presented Understanding of best practices in business processes and quality assurance Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve quality and compliance objectives Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information appropriately Willingness to continuously learn and develop new skills to enhance audit effectiveness About you Qualifications Minimum 2-3+ year of experience of Quality Analysis in Insurance domain Any Graduate or Post Graduate with any Specialization Insurance Certification will be the additional advantage Skills and Competencies Technical Proficiency and Understanding of Insurance service Excellent Written and Oral communication skills Interpersonal skills Ownership and Accountability Insurance domain knowledge Additional Information Compensation and benefits On top of a competitive salary, great teams and exciting career opportunities, we also offer a wide range of benefits.
