In this position, you will play a key role in ensuring our customers understand the quality and regulatory standards that apply to the Food Ingredients of IFF. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting customers with product documentation addressing quality and regulatory matters
  • Completing and maintaining customer documentation in line with internal policies
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to review and update documentation
  • Monitoring customer needs and identifying opportunities to improve and harmonize documentation
  • Assessing the impact of legislative changes on existing documentation

Our expectations:

  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar role within quality/regulatory affairs in the food industry
  • A university degree in science (chemistry, food), or similar level of knowledge acquired through experience
  • Strong analytical and organizational abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams
  • Proficiency in corporate IT systems
  • Full professional fluency in English
